BEFORE: 1568 Broadway was an antiquated 464 key hotel and the landmarked Palace Theater. The site had less than 2,000 RF of retail space and no obvious opportunity to rationalize a redevelopment plan.

AFTER:  Envisioned, designed and entitled a landmark redevelopment plan that unlocked the pathway to $1B dollars in unrealized value. The program created propels the century long live-arts and entertainment legacy of Times Square forward by integrating technology, entertainment, digital experience, performance and hospitality in the heart of the most populous place in North America. Working with Fortress, and JV Development Partner L&L the team fully capitalized the $2.7B development project with leading institutions Goldman and UBS.
