AFTER: As part of the C-Suite/Management Committee, created the brand’s physical and experiential model, drove the National roll out, delivered EBITDA growth from $2M to +$100M over 11 years, and defined the most enduring luxury fitness lifestyle platform in North America.

As Chief Development Officer, Chief Design Officer, and Member of the Executive Committee with Equinox, Boardman authored the industry-changing physical and experiential model for the lifestyle brand and co-authored the blueprint for growth for the company from a New York-centric, 3 location brand to a 52 location National Brand. Boardman was directly responsible for development, capital planning and plan execution for $600M in growth capital. As a C-Suite member, he jointly drove the initial LBO in 2000 and the successful sale of the company in 2005 to Related.
